Ingress Protection (IP) Rating
Developed by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), the first digit of the IP rating refers to a product enclosure’s level of protection against dust and the second digit refers to the level of protection against liquids. When selecting a Zebra product, refer to the datasheet and consider whether the IP rating specified meets the needs of your workplace. For devices with highest IP Rating, consider the Zebra DS3600 Scanners with IP65/IP68, Zebra Rugged Tablets with IP65, MC9300 with IP65/IP67 and Zebra Mobile Printers with IP54 rating.
