ZT400 Series RFID Industrial Printer

The ZT400 series is Zebra’s best value and best selling industrial printer. The ZT400 series has a 4.3-inch full-colour touch display for you to see the status at a glance, and print speeds of up to 14 inches per second. It offers the entry 203dpi or high-resolution (600 dpi) printing. Consider the ZT411 for maximum 4-inch width labels and the ZT421 for up to 6-inch width labels. Add in UHF RFID capabilities into the popular ZT400 series, the ZT411 or ZT421 RFID printers simultaneously prints and encodes information on RFID inlays or labels.

ZT411 On-Metal RFID Industrial Printer

Metal reflects and absorbs RFID signals, creating a problem for general RFID tags and labels. On-metal RFID tags are designed to overcome this challenge by having a spacer that seperates the antenna from the metal. To do this you will require an RFID printer that is able to encode on on-metal tags. Zebra’s ZT411 RFID on-metal printer is ideal for on-demand RFID asset tagging for all surfaces, including metal.  Optimised to print labels up to 1.5 mm thick; it can also print on all labels appropriate for the standard ZT411.
